Private Charter Information The Gundalow Company is pleased to offer private charters aboard the gundalow Piscataqua, which departs from our dock at Prescott Park in Porstmouth, New Hampshire.  The Piscataqua seats 42 passengers and is operated by a USCG licensed captain and three crew members with over 40 years of combined sailing experience. The boat is 63’LOA, has a draft of 2.5 feet, and is a traditional reproduction of the gundalow sailboats that were utilized from the seventeenth through the twentieth century to transport goods between the shallow waters of inland towns and the deep water port of Portsmouth.
