Fall Homeschool Sail

Step aboard the Gundalow and head out on the Piscataqua River for an exciting sail designed just for homeschool families.  While aboard, participants will set the sail, steer the vessel, take part in learning stations and spend time connecting with the Piscataqua Maritime Region. Crew for a Day: Summer Camp

Join us for a day and become a junior member of the crew! Our crew for a day program is designed to give kids a taste of life on the Gundalow.  We will swab the decks, set the sail, steer, stand bow watch, tie some knots, and spend the day on the water.  Depending on the day sometimes our crew can be found towing for plankton, learning to navigate, or singing a sea chanty.  You can sign up for 1 day or join us for all 3! 5 Actions for our 5th Year of Sailing

We’re celebrating our fifth year of sailing by highlighting 5 actions we’re taking to preserve the marine environment and our maritime heritage of the Piscataqua Region.  The Gundalow Company works closely with our volunteers, passengers, crew and staff, and organizations from around the region to improve our watershed in a variety of ways. Great Bay Clean Up In June, the Gundalow joined PREP and the Stewardship Network of New England for the first ever Great Bay Clean Up.  We picked up over 360 pounds of trash from around Great Bay and plan to continue the effort throughout the summer.  Learn more here.
